Pricing, Shipping, Delivery and Returns Policy
All prices are shown in Australian dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated. We ship to any address inside Australia and New Zealand. Shipping costs are influenced by the size and weight of the product and your location. Exact shipping costs are calculated in the shopping cart and will be added to the order total before checkout. Orders are dispatched within 2 business days. Shipping times are estimated at between 3 - 7 business days depending on your location. If for any reason we are unable to dispatch your order we will notify you within two business days.
All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorisation number (RMA#). The RMA# must be visible on the outside of the box or the package will not be accepted. Your return must be received by IC Central Pty Ltd within 30 days of the IC Central Pty Ltd invoice date. IC Central Pty Ltd reserves the right to refuse damaged or incomplete returns.
